The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable to access and use of this website (or ‘site’). By gaining access to and using this site, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

LAUGFS Eco Sri Online Booking System is owned and operated by LAUGFS Eco Sri Limited, a company registered in Sri Lanka (referred to as “Eco Sri”, “we,” “us,” or “our” herein) no No 101, Maya Avenue, Colombo 06. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using this Site or by clicking a box that states that you accept or agree to these terms, you signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use this Site. You acknowledge that these terms of use are supported by reasonable and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged.
- The reserved time slots will be allocated only from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on Weekdays (Mon-Fri). The locations will be closed on Poya Days, Sundays, Mercantile Holidays and on declared government holidays by the Department of Motor Traffic.
- A person can reserve a timeslot maximum 30 days prior the preferred testing date. Reservations made on the same day are allowed only until 1:00pm.
- At the end of the reservations process, a notification will be sent to the mentioned phone number and email address with a reference number which needs to be presented at the emission test.
- Only a maximum number of 03 bookings/ reservations per day will be allowed to enter for one phone number
- There will be NO additional fee charged for the reservation process. Only standard government approved emission testing fees are applicable and will be charged at LAUGFS Eco Sri testing locations.
- The tests are carried out on First come First serve basis. The booking time shown is only an approximate time. It may be subject to change depending on various external and internal conditions and the time spent on emission tests.
- There is no difference on the required documentation for verification before the test. The original Vehicle Identification Certificate/ CR Book needs to be presented for the test. In the event where the vehicle is leased, a copy of the Vehicle Identification Certificate/ CR Book certified by the respective leasing company should be presented before testing.
- There is no difference in the emission test process of procedures. Your vehicle’s emission test will be carried out according to stipulated emission standards and test procedures mandated by the Department of Motor Traffic.
Cancellation or Re-scheduling an Appointment
- If you are unable to honor the scheduled appointment you shall promptly notify LAUGFS Eco Sri via our hotline 0117770770.
- If you wish to reschedule a scheduled appointment you can make another reservation though our booking platform. No additional charges will be applied.
